Register
We use an online member portal (GRIB). When you request a trial class or sign up through the buttons on our website, you will receive login details for your personal account by email. You can log in to your account via the DANSLAB Noord app (available in the App Store).
Personal Account:
Always check if your account details are correct and complete. Parents/guardians who have created an account for their child can also enter their own details. If anything is incorrect, please let us know via email, and we will fix it for you.
Enrollment:
In the app, under “SCHEDULE,” you will find our class offerings. You can then reserve your chosen class. It is important to choose “RESERVE ALL ACTIVITIES” so that you are enrolled in the same class every week (except during holidays). You can only reserve a spot if there is availability in the class. If you are unable to reserve a spot in your chosen class, please contact us by email. We may be able to help find an alternative class.
Canceling a Class:
You can cancel a class via the DANSLAB Noord app up to 2 hours before the class starts. If you cancel on time, you will receive a make-up credit. Make-up credits are valid for 100 days. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the class, you will not be entitled to a make-up credit.
Payment:
There are 3 payment options for membership:
1. Monthly Subscription (cancelable on a monthly basis):
- For all subscription holders, we reserve a spot in the class every week.
- A one-time fee of €15 registration cost + the cancellation month is paid at registration.
2. Class Card/Strippenkaart (only available for 18+ and subject to availability).
3. Single Classes (€12 per class, depending on availability).
All payments are made through the DANSLAB Noord app.
Automatic Direct Debit:
You can provide a direct debit authorization in the app, and we will collect the class fee during the first week of each month.
Payment Link (IDEAL):
You can choose to pay monthly via a payment link (IDEAL). At the beginning of each month, you will receive an email with the invoice and a payment link.
Cancellation:
To cancel your subscription, you must do so by writing an email to danslabnoord@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month. You can still attend classes until the end of the following month (cancellation month). If you cancel after the 1st of the month, you must still pay for that month, and the cancellation will take effect the following month. No refunds for class fees.
