Becoming a Member*
Did you take a trial class with us and would like to sign up?
You can become a member of  DANSLAB Noord via our website. You will then receive a link to create your account.

Once you have created your account through the link provided, you can download the DANSLAB Noord app (available in the App Store). Log into the app and search for your desired class under “schedule.” You can then use the “reserve” option to place a “reserve all activities” The system will automatically reserve a spot for you in the upcoming weeks (except during holidays). You can check your reservations under “reservations” to see if it was successful.

Subscription
Automatic Direct Debit
All payments are made via the DANSLAB Noord app. You can choose to pay via automatic direct debit. You can authorize this through the app. We collect payments during the first week of the month.

iDEAL Link
Alternatively, you can choose to pay monthly via an IDEAL payment link. Then you will always receive an email with the payment link from us on the first of the month.

In the case of illness, injury, or pregnancy, the subscription can be temporarily paused. A doctor’s or physiotherapist’s certificate is required for this.

Cancellation
Would you like to cancel your subscription?
This can only be done in writing via email: danslabnoord@gmail.com. We will then deactivate the subscription in your account.
Always cancel your subscription before the 1st of the new month. Your cancellation month will then be activated (this month has already been paid for when you enrolled). If you cancel after the 1st of the month, you will still need to pay for that month, and the cancellation month will be the month after.

Refunds for class fees are not possible.

Schedule
Our schedule changes every season. Please note that your class time or day may change in September. If you’re unsure if the new schedule works for you, you can make use of your cancellation month. Members starting in September in the new season do not need to pay the registration fee again.
If you cancelled in June and used your cancellation month but are only starting in October, the registration fee will be charged again.

To maintain the quality of our classes, we divide lessons by age or level. It is not possible to join a class from a different age group.

Canceling a Class
You can cancel a class through the DANSLAB Noord app. This can be done up to 2 hours before the class starts. You will then receive a make-up credit. Make-up credits are valid for 100 days. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the class, you will not be entitled to a make-up credit.

Loss, Damage, or Theft of Personal Property
DANSLAB Noord is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. If you have lost something, you can check our lost-and-found bin. DANSLAB Noord is also never responsible for any physical injuries sustained during class. Always inform the instructor of any injuries or other limitations.

Privacy
Visitors, parents, and members are not permitted to take unsolicited photos or videos.
However, DANSLAB Noord may take photos and videos of classes and performances. These may be used for our website and social media. We will handle all material discreetly. By signing the enrollment form, you agree to this.

Any situations not covered by these General Terms and Conditions will be determined by DANSLAB Noord and will be binding for the member. This applies to customers of single lessons and strippenkaart holders.

Trial Classes, Single Classes, and Strippen Cards
You can request a trial class once per lesson. Single classes are only possible if there is availability. If you cannot attend classes regularly, you can purchase a punchcard/classcard. A punchcard/classcard is valid for 4 months. Availability depends on open spots, as enrolled members have priority.
